BREAST OF VEAL (Pass) | |
1 breast of veal Catsup Mustard 1 med. onion, sliced 3 potatoes, parboiled Put sliced onions on bottom of roasting pan. Make sauce of catsup and mustard, about 1 part catsup to 1/2 mustard. Place meat over onions. Spread sauce over meat. Put some of sauce on bottom of pan. Add a little water, stir. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in oven at 350 degrees, basting often. When meat becomes a little soft, add parboiled potatoes. Bake about 2 hours. Uncover last 1/2 hour. |
