BOTTOM:

3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 c. pretzels, broken

Mix together and pat into 1 (9"x11") pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes and cool.

MIDDLE:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix sugar and cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour on bottom.

TOP:

2 c. boiling water
16 oz. thawed frozen strawberries
1 lg. strawberry Jello

Mix together and pour on top. Chill well.
