SUNSHINE FRUIT CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
1 c. snipped golden seedless raisins
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. slivered candied orange rind
2 tbsp. grated fresh orange rind
1 (4 serving size) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1 c. water
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add 1/4 cup of the dry cake mix to the prepared raisins, nuts and fruits, coating well; set aside. Combine remaining cake mix, pudding mix, water and eggs until blended, then beat at medium speed for two minutes. Add the coated fruits, raisins and nuts to the batter mixing well by hand. Pour into a 10 inch tube pan which has been greased and floured on the bottom only. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 55 minutes. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
