ANTIPASTA SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni shells
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese slices
1/4 lb. thin sliced hard salami
1/4 lb. thin sliced pepperoni
2 green peppers, chopped
3 stems celery, chopped
1 med. jar green olives, sliced
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped

DRESSING:

1 tbsp. oregano
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar

Cook shells according to package directions, drain and cool. Cut cheese, salami and pepperoni into bite sized pieces. Combine all ingredients. Make dressing by combining ingredients, and pour over other macaroni mixture. It's best to add the dressing ahead of time, allowing the flavors to blend.
