OVEN BARBECUED CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. catsup or chili sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except chicken in a saucepan, simmer 10 minutes. Pour half of sauce over chicken and bake uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes, basting every 15 minutes, with remaining sauce. Chicken can also be grilled, dip chicken in sauce, place on grill, baste frequently while cooking. Serves 4 to 6.
