LETTUCE IMPERIAL 
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 drops Tabasco sauce
3 strips bacon
4 tbsp. olive oil
Cider vinegar
Lg. head lettuce
1/2 lg. onion, diced
Slivers of radish

Place in a measuring cup the Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard, garlic salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Measure the total contents of the cup with your eye, then add an equal amount of cider vinegar. Stir and let stand while you fry the bacon crisp. Drain off bacon grease and add olive oil.

Break up a large head of lettuce in a large bowl. On top, drop onion and radish. To the contents of the cup, add enough water to fill up. Stir and combine with the fried bacon and oil. Heat (do not boil) and pour over bowl of lettuce. Serve immediately.
