MANDEL BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
6 lg. eggs
2 3/4 c. Matzo cake meal
3/4 c. potato starch
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. semi-sweet morsels
Cinnamon/sugar mixed together

Cream 2 cups sugar and 1 1/2 sticks of softened butter. Add 6 large eggs, one at a time; mix well. Add 2 3/4 cup cake meal, 3/4 cup of potato starch and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Beat well. Fold 1/2 bag (6 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate Nestle morsels into batter (by hand). Wet hands. Divide batter into four rolls on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until light brown; don't let bottom burn. Slice while still hot, turn slices on side and sprinkle with a cinnamon/sugar mixture. Bake 5 to 10 minutes and then repeat on other side of slices with cinnamon/sugar mixture. Do not let it get too dark.
