FISH - N - SALSA 
1-2 lbs. fish (cod or Halibut), rinsed
1 pt. salsa (mild)
1/2 medium onions, separated into rings

Place fish in shallow baking dish. Spoon salsa over fish; top with rings of onion. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Microwave 15 minutes on normal cook. May cook longer if you use more fish. Excellent, no fishy taste!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

My husband loves this recipe. Low calorie and very easy to prepare. I use medium chunky salsa and sometimes add sweet peppers- red, yellow, orange. Serve with steamed rice. A great weeknight recipe.
