BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. onion, minced
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. bottled brown sauce

Microwave 15 to 18 minutes. Add 1 cup sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon bottled brown sauce. Serve over rice or noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
