SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 grated onion
3 eggs
1/2 c. Milnot
1 c. cracker or bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans Campbell's beef broth
Bacon grease

Mix ingredients and roll into meatballs. Let stand in refrigerator overnight or can let stand 1 hour. Put bacon grease in large skillet and brown meatballs. Remove meatballs. Add flour to grease to make gravy. Add 2 cans Campbell's beef broth with bouillon. Place meatballs in crock pot. Pour gravy in and cook on low for 2 or 3 hours.
