CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. cream
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, cocoa, Karo syrup and cream in a heavy pot. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook until it forms a hard ball in cold water. Remove from fire, add butter, vanilla and nuts. Beat until thick and creamy. Pour into buttered pan. Cool, cut into squares.
