MARY JANE'S CHICKEN 
1 pt. orange juice
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. catsup
2 tsp. ginger
Sprinkle of garlic salt
Shake of onion flakes
2 tbsp. pineapple juice (optional)

Bring to boil. Pour over chicken. Refrigerate overnight, covered with aluminum foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Finish cooking uncovered (until chicken is brown).
