1 can or jar of cherry pie filling
1 can (next to smallest size) crushed pineapple
1 box of white or yellow cake mix
1/4 lb. butter, cut into sm. pieces

Butter a 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Spread cherries over the bottom. Spread pineapple over cherries. Sprinkle the cake mix (right from the box) evenly over all and top with bits of butter. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
