6 English muffins (sliced)
12 wieners
1 lg. can sauerkraut
2 sm. cans pizza sauce
12 slices mozzarella cheese

Heat sauerkraut and drain. Brown muffin halves. Make small cuts in wieners about 1 inch apart. Do not cut completely, then place in boiling water. Spread muffins with pizza sauce and place wieners on (in circle). Fill circle with sauerkraut. Cover with cheese. Bake in oven, about 350 degrees, until cheese melts. Serves 6.
