GRANDPA'S TURKEY 
1 (2 to 4 lb.) turkey breast or 1/2 turkey breast
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. A-1 sauce

Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate turkey breast overnight in refrigerator. Place on grill six to eight inches above medium hot coals or on rotisserie. Broil one hour turning as necessary to prevent burning. Baste with marinade; broil 40 minutes more. To test doneness, cut into turkey breast. The center should not be pink. Serves 6.
