CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
1 or 2 tsp. vanilla

Put water and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir in vanilla and flour a little at a time. Stir constantly until mix forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool. Beat eggs one at a time with mixture.

Put on a cookie sheet. Bake 45-50 minutes at 400 degrees.

FILLING:

1 pt. heavy cream
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. milk

Beat all together.
