CHEESE FILLED STRUDELS 
3 lg. onions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. butter
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
16 Filo leaves
1/2 c. butter, melted

Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter until soft and golden. Cool onions to lukewarm. Combine onions, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, caraway seeds and salt. Mix well. Unroll filo, cover with damp towel. Brush 1 side of 4 of the filo leaves with melted butter. Stack the 4 sheets on top of each other.

Spoon 1/4 of cheese mixture along short side of leaves, making a strip of filling 1-inch wide. Roll tightly. Tuck ends under. Score top crosswise with knife. Brush with melted butter. Repeat with remaining filo (total of 4 rolls). Freeze until ready to use. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
