1 regular and 1 hot (6 oz.) Jimmy Dean sausage
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. anise seed
1 tsp. oregano leaves
Sm. amount Tabasco sauce
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
3 sm. loaves party ryes

In fry pan, brown sausage, pepper, and onion; drain well. Melt cheese, mix with sausage mixture and add remaining ingredients, excluding rye bread. Spread over bread. Roll in foil, freezes well.

Before serving, brown slightly in 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
