PARTY RYES 
1 pkg. party rye bread
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 slice of bread
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Velveeta cheese

Beat egg and milk together. Break bread slice up and soften it in the mixture. Add onion, salt, pepper and Worcestershire. Mix all together with ground beef. Spread mixture on party ryes. Top with squares of Velveeta. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes.
