BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
1 (12 oz.) can room temperature beer
5 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. water

Stir and pour in one greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hour. Brush with butter when done.

CINNAMON BREAD: Increase sugar by 1/2 cup and add 1 1/2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
