PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. finely ground green pepper
1/4 c. finely ground red hot jalapeno or chili pepper
6 oz. bottle Certo
1 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
Few drops green or red food coloring

Combine peppers, vinegar, Certo and sugar. Bring to a rolling boil and add food coloring. Take off stove and continue to stir for several minutes. Seal in hot jars.
