BROCCOLI & MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
2 bunches fresh broccoli
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1 stick butter
Oregano & salt to taste

Steam broccoli to bright green and crispy. Saute mushrooms until tender. Saute garlic in butter for 1 minute and remove from heat. Add bread crumbs and brown mixture over medium heat. Add cheese, oregano and salt. Butter casserole, add broccoli and mushrooms and top with toasted mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
