1 c. sugar
1 c. applesauce
1 c. butter
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. gloves
3/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour

Combine ingredients. Add applesauce and baking soda (mixed together) last. Pour into greased 6 x 10 pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
