NOODLE PUDDING 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 can (lg.) evaporated milk
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. egg noodles

Cook noodles until almost done, with salt. Cream the cheese. Add all ingredients. Add noodles last. Put in buttered dish. Bake at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean, about 1 hour. Serve hot or cold, as dessert or main dish.
