RECIPE COLLECTION
“COCONUT FIZ” IS IN:

COCONUT FIZ 
2 tsp. light gin or rum
1 tbsp. Malibu coconut rum
1 8 oz. can coconut cream,such as Coco Lopez
1/2 cup tonic
1 large brown coconut
*for a virgin version leave out the rum or rum and gin.

In a blender, mix all alcoholic ingredients. Add coconut cream and tonic. Blend on medium until well blended. Pour into 10 martini glasses or a pitcher, if the drink is supposed to be self-serve for a party or wedding. Crack coconut open and put the meat in the glasses or pitcher and serve.

Makes 10 servings.
