SMOTHERED STEAK FOR 8 
2 lb. round steak
Adolph's Tenderizer
Black pepper
Flour to coat
Oil
Hot water

Cut steak in serving sizes. Sprinkle well with tenderizer and pepper. Coat well with flour. Brown in hot oil. Put in baking dish (9"x13"). Pour oil out of skillet, pour hot water into skillet. Then pour over steak in baking dish. Cover and bake in 300 degree oven for about 30 minutes. A good dish to make a day or two ahead. Freezes well.
