CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken
10 oz. frozen pkg. broccoli or bunch fresh, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. lemon juice to taste
Rice for 6

Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juices; add cut up chicken. Mix. Add broccoli. Place over cooked rice in casserole. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until top is golden.
