BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
Bread crumbs
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
3 eggs

Cook broccoli as directed and drain. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and saute onion until tender, but not browned. Stir in flour until smooth. Add water and stir until bubbly. Add Cheez Whiz and well beaten eggs. Mix in broccoli. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs and remaining butter mixed. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
