BREAKFAST PIZZA 
2 lbs. fresh sausage, browned & drained
1 lg. pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. milk
Parmesan cheese
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
Salt & pepper
Oregano

Flatten refrigerator roll dough onto cookie pan (one with high sides). Spread sausage onto dough; sprinkle cheese onto sausage. Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, oregano and Parmesan cheese together. Pour over sausage. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes. This recipe can be cut in half. Serves 4.
