OVEN FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices of bread, cut into cubes (cut off crusts)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese

Put half the cubes of bread in the bottom of dish. Cut cream cheese into cubes and put over bread. Cover with rest of bread. Whip 1 dozen eggs, add 2 cups milk to mix. Then add 1/4 cup maple syrup to mix.

Pour mixture over the bread. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. One could add 16 ounces of baked cubed ham or bacon or shrimp/crab plus Cheddar cheese.

Don't use real soft bread like balloon bread.
