CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. oregano
4 oz. tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs

Brown beef in skillet. Mix oregano, tomato sauce, pepper, salt, green pepper and bread crumbs. Spread in pastry lined pie pan. Mix topping, Cheddar cheese, egg, milk, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Spread topping over meat mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Serve with remaining 4 ounce tomato sauce.
