1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 stick butter 5 c. milk 3 sm. pkgs. lemon instant pudding 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip Cream flour, butter and nuts together. It will be crumbly. Then spread in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes, then cool. Cream together half of Cool Whip and cream cheese. Put on cooled crust. Make pudding with milk and pudding, then spread over cream cheese mix. Spread Cool Whip on top. Chill overnight. Serves 15. |
