LEMON BARS 
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. sifted flour

Cream together and spread in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

4 eggs, beaten real well
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. coconut (optional)

Mix and pour over baked shell. Bake an additional 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled.
