ROQUEFORT CABBAGE 
2 c. cabbage, chopped fine
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (or American)
1 c. med. white sauce, substitute light cream for 1/2 the milk

Steam cabbage for few minutes and drain. Mix cabbage with cheese and add salt if necessary. Add white sauce and mix thoroughly. Put in pan and brown slightly in 300 degree oven. Use American cheese; combined with cabbage it tastes like Roquefort.
