ORANGE COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 tbsp. orange rind
Juice of 1 orange to mix

Mix as directed and bake. Split layers and cool completely.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 sm. Cool Whip
12 oz. frozen coconut
2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream

Mix and spread on layers, top and sides. Refrigerate for 3 days before cutting.
