ASPARAGUS VENETIAN 
2 lbs. fresh, or 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen asparagus, cooked and drained
1/3 c. Lipton Onion Butter, melted (follows)
1/2 lb. diced Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In an 8 inch baking dish, arrange the asparagus. Pour the Onion Butter over the top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

LIPTON ONION BUTTER:

1/4 lb. unsalted butter
1 env. onion Cup-a-Soup

Mix together.
