SAUSAGE AND WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 med. green pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 c. chicken broth
1 can undiluted cream of chicken
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 (6 oz.) box wild & long grain rice mix
Dash of thyme

Brown sausage, green pepper and onion, drain. In large bowl, mix all remaining ingredients. Spread into a greased 3 quart casserole and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
