ARTICHOKE AND SAUSAGE BAKE 
2 cans artichoke hearts
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. bulk sausage
4 hard boiled eggs
1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Drain, rinse, and slice artichokes. Crumble eggs. Fry beef and sausage together. Do Not Drain. Layer artichokes, meat mixture, crumbled eggs, and cheeses. Repeat layers. Top with Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Use a shallow casserole oblong dish.
