CRUNCHY PEA SALAD | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 1 c. diced celery 1 c. chopped cauliflower 1/4 c. diced green onion 1 c. chopped cashews 1/4 c. cooked, crumbled bacon 1/3 c. sour cream 1 c. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Salad Dressing 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard, optional 1 clove garlic, minced (optional) Rinse peas in hot water; drain. Combine sour cream, dressing, mustard, and garlic. Combine peas, cauliflower, celery and onion. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss gently. Chill. Before serving, add cashews and crumbled bacon. Toss gently. |
