CRUNCHY CABBAGE SALAD 
1/4 head cabbage, grated
4 green onions, chopped
Grated carrot, bean sprouts and/or pea pods (opt.)

Mix cabbage, onion, carrot, sprouts and pods.

3 tbsp. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken up

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. sugar (or to taste)
3 tbsp. vinegar (or to taste)
Seasoning pkg. from noodles
Salt & pepper

Right before serving add sunflower seeds and noodles. Dressing may be added cold or heated for new version. Crisply cooked bacon may be crumbed and added.
