CARAMEL TURTLES 
1 c. butter
1 lb. brown sugar, 2 1/4 c.
1 c. white corn syrup
1 (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Melt butter in 3 quart pan. Add sugar and salt. Stir until mixed. Mix in corn syrup, gradually and add milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until firm ball stage (240 degrees). Add vanilla.

FROSTING:

1/8 bar paraffin
Milk chocolate chips

Arrange pecans like a "Y". Pour caramel mixture over pecans, then dab with frosting mixture.
