WINTER VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen winter veg. combination (thawed and drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French Fried Onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of cheese, the sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can of French fried onions. Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top of casserole. Bake uncovered for an additional

5 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
