TIFFANY'S DORITO CASSEROLE
Your family will love this!

1 bag cheese Doritos, crushed (family size)
1 (12 oz.) bag frozen vegetable blend (I like Pictsweet)
1 lb. ground beef
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans Rotel (diced tomatoes)
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans cream of celery soup (great for cooking)
Kraft singles cheese (at least 24 slices)

TOPPING:

1 jar sliced or diced jalapenos
1 (12 oz.) dairy sour cream

Cook the vegetable blend, Rotel and cream of celery soup until vegetables are soft. While doing that brown your ground beef. DRAIN, then mix the meat in with the vegetable mix. Set aside.

Line the bottom of the pan (I prefer a disposable pan since the cheese sticks to the sides) with CRUSHED up DORITOS, then ground beef mix, then lay cheese slices in rows until all is covered, then lay another layer of chips, then remaining ground beef mix then finally more cheese.

Put it in the oven at 350°F for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Serve topped with jalapenos and a dollop of sour cream.
