RHUBARB SALAD 
2 c. rhubarb, cut fine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 box strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. well drained pineapple
2 c. finely chopped apples
1/4 c. nut meats

Combine rhubarb, sugar and 1/2 cup water in saucepan. Cook covered until soft. Cool. Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Chill. Add rhubarb, crushed pineapple, apples and nuts. Chill and serve.
