FRUIT STUDDED LOG 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. creamed cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. sour cream (1 pt.)
2 drops red food coloring
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows (colored ones)
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1/3 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 c. chopped pecans

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and sour cream. Beat with wooden spoon until well blended, light, and fluffy. Add food coloring and stir well. Add fruit, cherries, nuts, and marshmallows. Spoon mixture into 2 (1 pound) coffee cans. Freeze 8 hours. Let stand 10 minutes. Before serving, take out of can and slice. Makes 16 servings. (Do not fill cans full.)
