COFFEE - GLAZED HAM 
1 fully cooked shank-half ham (about 5 lbs.), trimmed of fat
2 tbsp. instant coffee powder
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground allspice

Place ham on rack in roasting pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Dissolve coffee in hot water in 2-cup measure. Add remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Baste ham with coffee mixture and continue to bake for 45 minutes, basting every 10-15 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes. Slice thinly and serve. Serves 10-12.
