PINEAPPLE BREAD PUDDING | |
3 c. bread cubes 1 c. crushed pineapple 3 beaten eggs 3/4 c. sugar 2 1/2-3 c. milk 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tbsp. vanilla Spread bread cubes and pineapple in a greased baking pan. Mix the remaining ingredients together and let set for 20-30 minutes. Pour over bread and pineapple and bake at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Serve with whipped topping. |
