LOW FAT B.B.Q CHICKEN 
PER 2 FULL BREASTS WITH FAT AND SKIN REMOVED.

2 full chicken breasts (fat and skin removed)
2/3 c. catsup
4 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar

Combine catsup, brown sugar and vinegar in skillet. Simmer 2 minutes. Add chicken, cover and simmer 40 minutes, turn once or twice. Add water if needed. Skinned legs or thighs can also be used.
