BAKED PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
8 slices white bread, broken in small pieces (cut off crusts)
2 or 1 1/2 c. sugar (depending on sweetness desired)
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 sticks of butter (cut up or melted a bit)
2 c. crushed pineapple (20 oz. can)
3/4 c. milk

Drain 1 cup of pineapple juice from 2 cups of pineapple (do not use this recipe). Mix all ingredients together and put in greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve plain or with whipped cream on each serving.
