BAKED TORSK 
2 lb. torsk
1 tsp. salt & pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter

Grease pan with 1/4 cup butter. Put fish in pan. Blend together salt, pepper, paprika, Parmesan cheese and sour cream. Sprinkle with crumbs. Drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
